THE GENERAL ORDER OF USE FOR BEST RESULTS

1. Yoni Steam Herbs

Use first.

• Do this before inserting anything vaginally. The steam helps open the pores and vaginal canal, soften tissue, and increase circulation to the pelvic area.
• Aim for about 20–30 minutes of steaming.

2. Feminine Wash

Use after steaming (optional, depending on your preference).

• You can use the feminine wash to gently cleanse the outer vulva area after steaming.
• Avoid washing inside the vagina—just external use.

3. Boric Acid Capsules

**Use last—**and only after your body has cooled down post-steam (at least an hour or two).

• Insert one capsule vaginally, usually at bedtime, using clean hands or an applicator.
• Never take boric acid orally.
• This is ideal after steaming because the tissues are more receptive and it can help balance pH and manage infections or odor.
• Steam: 1–3x/week (depending on your cycle and sensitivity)
